To begin a return or exchange:

• We will process your return/exchange and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your item.

• Please note that shipping fees may apply for returns/exchanges due to personal preferences (e.g., wrong size or change of mind).

3. Return Period

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

4. Who Covers Return Shipping Costs?

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Items that show clear signs of use.

• Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons outside our control.

• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

• For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear, socks, swimwear, shapewear, stockings, tights. Please ensure you select the correct size before purchasing.

• Approval: Once we receive your returned item, we aim to process refunds within 7 business days.
