Important information when returning

Return the item(s) within 14 days.

All items must not be worn, washed or damaged and with hangtags attached.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear, socks, swimwear, shapewear, stockings, tights. Please ensure you select the correct size before purchasing.

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above.

Lost, Stolen & Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer. GIULIA USA is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked "Delivered" by the carrier.

If your package is marked Delivered, but you didn't receive it:

1. Please allow 24–48 hours—sometimes carriers scan early.

2. Check with family members/roommates, neighbors, your building management, mailroom, or parcel lockers.

3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to open a claim.

4. Email us at info@giuliausa.com with the claim number—we’ll gladly provide documentation to assist.

If tracking hasn't updated ("in transit") fore several days:

Contact the carrier to start a lost-mail/trace request. We’re happy to help you with supporting details, but final resolution is made by the carrier.

Wrong/Incomplete Address:

Orders ship to the address provided at checkout. We’re not liable for non-delivery due to address errors. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately so we can try to update it.
